Summary

The contract concerns the comprehensive organisation of three-day diagnostic and motivational camps for a maximum of 151 participants aged 15–25 who are at risk of social exclusion and take part in the “Competent for the Start” project in the Łódź region. The service must include accommodation, full catering, transport, educational and supervisory staff, social and digital competence testing, integration activities and a minimum two-hour excursion. The contract runs from signature until 25 October 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 08:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% weight. No bid security or performance security is required.
