Provision of IP telephony services for IMGW-PIB

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of IP telephony services for IMGW-PIB for 36 months. The contractor must design the technical system, supply, install, launch and configure it, test its operation, train users, prepare as-built documentation, provide telecommunications services and resolve technical problems and failures in accordance with the required SLA parameters. The contract may include optional increases of service profiles: up to 10 Basic, 10 DECT, 10 Application and 1 Secretary-Director (1+1) profile; optional services must be activated within up to 10 working days after notification. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically through the eB2B platform by 28 August 2026 at 10:30. A bid guarantee of PLN 10,000 is required, as well as performance security. The service is to be provided for 36 months, starting no earlier than 3 November 2026. The contractor must also comply with the specified employment-on-the-basis-of-an-employment-relationship requirement.
