Modernisation and adaptation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities of the sports hall at School Complex No. 12 in Koszalin – Stages A and B

Summary

The contract covers renovation and adaptation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities serving the sports hall of School Complex No. 12 in Koszalin, at Bolesława Krzywoustego 5, in stages A and B. The works include demolition, new partitions, floors, wall finishes, suspended ceilings, doors, painting, waterproofing and thermal insulation, as well as sanitary, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation works. The sanitary sewer connection in stage A is excluded. The works must be completed within 12 weeks of contract signature, although bidders may offer a shorter period; the maximum contractual period is 84 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and completion period for 40%. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer value is required. Workers carrying out construction, renovation, insulation and sanitary installation activities must be employed under employment contracts throughout performance, and the contractor must maintain civil liability insurance for at least the contract value.
