Modernization of the boiler room at the Staszów Economic Schools complex on plot 1771/1

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of the gas-fired boiler room at the Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych school complex in Staszów, on plot 1771/1. The works include replacing two existing gas boilers with condensing boilers, upgrading the boiler-room controls, replacing the water-treatment station and flue connectors, installing associated mixing equipment, carrying out fire-safety and electrical-safety works, cleaning and commissioning the system, and providing the required handover documentation. The boilers must have a nominal output of 185 kW each, efficiency of at least 98%, CE marking and UDT approvals, and must fit through the existing 80 cm doors. The contract period is 70 days, the warranty must last at least 60 months, and the bid will be assessed by price at 60% and completion time at 40%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 4,000 bid guarantee is required.
