Winter maintenance of roads and sidewalks in the City of Imielin during the 2026/2027 season

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance of roads and pedestrian areas in the City of Imielin during the 2026/2027 season, from 15 November 2026 to 15 March 2027, subject to possible weather-related changes. The service covers approximately 84 km of roads, 22 km of side roads, 28 km of sidewalks up to 3.5 m wide, approximately 21,000 m² of squares, bus stops and parking areas, and 62 transit platforms. The bidder must provide the required snow-clearing equipment, demonstrate at least PLN 400,000 gross of relevant experience from the last three years, have at least PLN 100,000 in funds or credit capacity and civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee must be submitted by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. The bid is evaluated by price (60%) and response times for three road categories (20%, 10% and 10%); the maximum permitted times are 120, 180 and 240 minutes respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, and only one bid may be submitted for the entire contract.
