Supply and installation of angular refuelling heads for aircraft equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of 10 angular/adjustable refuelling heads for pressure refuelling of aircraft equipment in fuel dispenser tankers. The contracting authority may additionally order 9 heads for delivery only, with no installation; this option is not guaranteed and may be used only after the basic order has been completed in full. The contract period is 3 months, and the bid deadline is 27 August 2026 at 00:00. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish. The equipment must meet the specified technical and quality requirements, including LVD 2006/95/EC, Polish technical inspection requirements, NATO STANAG-3105 and MS24484. Price is the only award criterion, based on the total price of the basic order and the option.
