Construction of a civil defence warehouse by extending and refurbishing a public utility building

Summary

The contract covers construction works to extend and refurbish a public utility building on plots 236 and 237/1 in order to create a civil defence warehouse. The works include demolition and earthworks, building installations, water and sanitary systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and finishing works. The contract must be completed within 3 months of signing. The tender is submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 10:00, with a PLN 5,000 bid guarantee. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the offered warranty period for 40%; the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
