Supply of computer equipment, printing equipment and accessories

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery and unloading of computer and printing equipment in two parts. Part 1 covers 80 Mini PC sets with monitors, 43 24-inch LED monitors and 11 15.6-inch notebooks; Part 2 covers 10 A3 multifunction devices, with toner and waste-toner containers. The equipment must be new, complete, manufactured no earlier than 2024, supplied with the necessary cables and software, legally required attestations and certificates, and ready for use. The contract period is 45 days. The contracting authority may exercise an option once: up to 5 additional Mini PC sets in Part 1 and 1 additional A3 multifunction device with related consumables in Part 2. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 27 August 2026 at 00:00. Award criteria are price, quality and warranty; their weights differ by part.
