Construction of floating piers and terraces

Summary

The contract covers the construction of modular floating piers, circular floating platforms, uncovered terraces and a small playground with three devices for children under three. The contractor must also prepare technical, workshop, construction, technological and installation documentation for the selected technology, complete the works by 15 December 2026 and submit the tender electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the quality guarantee and defect-liability period (40%). The minimum guarantee and defect-liability period is 36 months, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
