Construction of playgrounds in Nowa Sucha Municipality

Summary

The contract concerns the construction of two public playgrounds in Nowa Sucha Municipality: Part 1 in Antoniew and Part 2 in Kurdwanow. The works include surveying, site development and earthworks, surfaces, delivery and installation of playground equipment, and construction of panel fencing with a gate. The equipment must comply with standards PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 1177. Offers may be submitted for one or both parts. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain binding for 30 days. Price carries 60 points and the warranty period 40 points; the minimum warranty period is 24 months. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the gross offer price is required before contract signature.
