Summary

The tender concerns construction, renovation, thermal insulation, roofing and lightning protection works at an outpatient clinic in Lidzbark Warmiński. The works include dismantling the existing terrace, asbestos-cement canopy, railings and roofing materials; waterproofing and thermal insulation of foundation and basement walls; reconstruction of the technical entrance, ramp and stairs; renewal of the surrounding road surface; installation of a new single-layer heat-welded roofing membrane; and complete replacement of the lightning protection system.
