Construction, landscaping and greenery maintenance works for the revitalisation of the Na Skarpie estate in Kraków

Summary

The tender concerns the revitalisation of the Na Skarpie estate in Kraków, including demolition and earthworks, new concrete and asphalt surfaces, renovation of walls, stairs and railings, installation of small architectural elements and external lighting, tree removal, new planting and greenery maintenance. The works include, among other things, 368 m² of concrete paving, 93 m² of concrete paving on WEMA grating, 417 m² of asphalt surface, 3 trees, 2,672 shrubs and 1,259 perennials. Greenery maintenance is required until 1 July 2030, with the overall contract period extending until 30 July 2030. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and the warranty for the entire contract, weighted at 40%. A bid guarantee and performance security are required.
