Supply of prepaid gift cards

Summary

The procurement concerns the sale and delivery of 1,220 electronic prepaid gift cards for the National Bank of Poland. The cards must be issued to the bearer, secured with individual PIN codes, and have a total maximum value of PLN 425,000: 1,060 cards worth PLN 320 each, 100 cards worth PLN 480 each and 60 cards worth PLN 630 each. Delivery is required within 7 days after each order specifying the quantity and denominations, with approximately 90% required by 27 November 2026 and 10% by 29 January 2027. Offers will be scored by price (10%), card validity period (70%) and the number of contracted physical outlets offering discounts or rebates (20%). The offer must be submitted electronically through the NBP Purchasing Platform by 3 September 2026 at 12:00 and must be prepared in Polish.
