Site preparation and construction of a manoeuvring area for category B and T driving instruction

Summary

The contract covers site preparation and construction of a manoeuvring area for category B and T driving instruction at the school complex in Pyrzyce. The works include removing approximately 1,759.581 m³ of soil, rubble and tree branches, earthworks of approximately 2,060 m³, installing approximately 234 linear metres of concrete kerbs, constructing a 3,116 m² crushed-stone base with a thickness of 25 cm, laying 3,116 m² of 8 cm concrete paving blocks on a 5 cm cement-sand bedding, applying approximately 600 linear metres of road markings and supplying 50 manoeuvring cones. The works must be completed within 10 weeks of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding for 30 days. Award criteria are price 60%, warranty period 35% and social clause 5%. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
