Modernisation of the eastern stand at the Municipal Stadium in Lipsko – Stage II

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for Stage II of the modernisation of the eastern stand at the Municipal Stadium in Lipsko. The works include earthworks, reinforced-concrete structures, waterproofing, anti-slip epoxy finishes, steel railings and crowd barriers, paving, and restoration of the site. Stage II covers sector 2, rows 11–30, with standing capacity for 780 people, and the southern staircase. The contract period is 65 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the score and the warranty period 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months, while periods beyond 60 months receive no additional points. A bid guarantee of PLN 6,000 and performance security are required.
