Renovation of teaching rooms A-7, A-8 and A-9 in Building A at 81–87 Morska Street in Gdynia (repeat tender)

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works in teaching rooms A-7, A-8 and A-9 in Building A of Gdynia Maritime University at 81–87 Morska Street in Gdynia. The works include demolition, flooring and raised floors, PVC floor coverings, plastering, suspended ceilings, painting, door replacement, ventilation and electrical installations, as well as other works required by the design documentation and bill of quantities. The building is a protected historic property. The contract is to be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00 via the e-ProPublico platform. The evaluation is based on price (60%) and an increase of the minimum warranty period (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 6,000 is required, together with performance security.
