Summary

The tender concerns landscaping and construction works to create a shared green recreational and educational area for pupils and local residents. The works include land preparation and grading, pedestrian paths and permeable natural-gravel squares, a wooden shelter, benches, game tables, a pergola, loungers, a sensory path, lawns, flower meadows, plantings, solar lighting, bicycle parking, waste-sorting bins and wildlife features. The existing alder woodland must remain largely undisturbed. Delivery is required within 3 months, and the outdoor gym supply and installation is expressly excluded. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60 points and quality guarantee 40 points. A performance security is required, but no bid guarantee is required.
