Increasing Energy Efficiency through Comprehensive Thermal Modernization of Public Buildings in Boguszów-Gorce

Summary

The tender concerns construction works and comprehensive thermal modernization of four public school buildings in Boguszów-Gorce: Staszica 5, Szkolna 3, Szkolna 4 and Mikołaja Kopernika 7. The contract is divided into 4 lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. Each lot is to be completed within 240 days. The scope includes insulation and façade works, heating, ventilation, water and sewage and other construction works, as well as an ornithological and chiropterological assessment, installation of an information board, an energy performance certificate, an ex-post audit and calculation of the indicators required for the funding application. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation.
