Delivery of a tractor with a hydraulic arm and accessories for civil protection and population protection tasks

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: delivery of a brand-new multifunctional agricultural tractor manufactured no earlier than 2025, and delivery of a new hydraulic arm with accessories, including two mowing heads and a hydraulic mobile generator. Delivery is due within 6 weeks of signing the contract to the contracting authority’s premises in Żarnów, at the supplier’s cost and risk. The tractor must meet extensive technical requirements, including at least 140 HP, 6,600 cm³ engine capacity, at least six cylinders and Stage V emissions. The hydraulic arm and mowing heads must come from one manufacturer and be compatible. Offers are evaluated by gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The offer deadline is 28 August 2026 at 10:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 5,000 is required for Lot I and PLN 2,500 for Lot II, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price.
