Four lots: cybersecurity training for institutional employees and management

Summary

The procurement covers four lots for in-person cybersecurity training: for 90 municipal office employees, 25 municipal-social welfare centre employees, approximately 20 municipal office managers, and approximately 9 welfare centre managers. Participant numbers may change by up to ±2 without changing the remuneration; for Lots 2–4, the final number is confirmed no later than 7 days before training. The contract period is 10 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 26 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and training completion time 40% of the evaluation. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
