Periodic servicing and emergency repair services for military motor vehicles

Summary

The procurement covers periodic servicing and emergency repairs of military motor vehicles for 12 months, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns vehicles with a gross permissible weight of up to 3,500 kg and sanitary vehicles; its base value is PLN 360,000, with an optional additional scope of up to PLN 300,000 gross. Lot 2 concerns trucks with trailers and buses; its base value is PLN 370,000, also with an option of up to PLN 300,000 gross. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots. The option is at the contracting authority’s discretion and does not require an amendment to the contract. The hourly labour rate accounts for 80% of the evaluation and the spare-parts margin for 20%; the margin must be above 0% and no higher than 20%.
