Replacement of windows and internal window sills in the District Court building in Gorzów Wielkopolski and renovation of external stairs at the District Court in Sulęcin

Summary

The procurement covers two lots: replacement of windows and internal window sills in the historic building of the District Court in Gorzów Wielkopolski, and partial renovation of the external staircase cladding at the District Court in Sulęcin. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 must be completed within 10 weeks of contract signing and no later than 21 December 2026; Lot 2 within 4 weeks. The bid deadline is 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty and extended defect liability period for 40%. A bid guarantee of PLN 1,400 is required only for Lot 1.
