Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of educational, specialist, counselling and integration activities for children, young people and parents with migration experience under the “Gdynia – Open City” project. The contract is divided into 10 lots, covering speech therapy, remedial and advanced subject classes, social skills training, career counselling, experimental workshops, interest clubs, peer-support groups, integration courses for parents, personal development activities and educational-career counselling for young people. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. Services start in September 2026 and run for up to 33 months, with a break during July and August. The bid deadline is 27 August 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% and the experience of the proposed person for 40% of the evaluation.
