Construction of a warehouse hall with associated infrastructure

Summary

The contract concerns the construction of an approximately 740 m² warehouse hall at Jagiełły 4 in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, including a steel structure, reinforced-concrete walls, internal installations and associated infrastructure. The works include site preparation and earthworks, concreting and reinforcement, metal structure assembly, sewerage, electrical, insulation, water, heating and ventilation works. The contract must be completed by 14 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026. A PLN 50,000 tender guarantee is required, and a performance security is also required. Price carries 80% of the score and the warranty period 20%; the minimum warranty period is 36 months.
