Supply of laptops

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of two brand-new, unused laptops, divided into two parts, with one laptop in each part. The equipment must be from current production, manufactured no earlier than 2025, certified for sale and use in Poland, and supplied with free warranty service. Delivery, unloading and placement must be completed within 30 days of contract signing. The minimum warranty period is 24 months and the service response time may not exceed four working days after a defect is reported. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 27 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and delivery time 40% of the evaluation weight.
