Renovation of sidewalks along district roads in Białobrzegi Municipality

Summary

The contract covers the renovation of existing concrete-paver sidewalks along district roads in Białobrzegi Municipality, with a total length of 980 linear metres. The works include preparatory works and traffic management, dismantling and cleaning reusable paving blocks, replacing damaged concrete edging, partial removal and compaction of the existing bedding, installation of edging on a C12/15 concrete foundation, a 10 cm lean-concrete sub-base, relaying the paving blocks with sand-filled joints, finishing works and removal of demolition waste at the contractor’s expense. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract, and the contractor must provide a 24-month warranty. The deadline for submitting offers is 3 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish and signed with a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. A 5% performance guarantee and third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 are required.
