Renovation of building premises to adapt them for OLIOC warehouse functions

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works at a building in Korytnica, on plots 104/3 and 762/8, to adapt the premises for OLIOC warehouse use. The works include renovation of floors, replacement of electrical installations, wall plastering, demolition works, replacement of windows and doors, external façade works and hardening of the surrounding area. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids are submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding for 30 days. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the quality guarantee period (40%); the mandatory guarantee is 48 months and 60 months receives the maximum guarantee score. The successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price before signing the contract.
