Renovation of the Social Welfare Home building at 9 Kwiatowa Street, Building 1

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works at the Social Welfare Home building at 9 Kwiatowa Street in Krośnice. It is divided into two lots: replacement of the passenger lift, and renovation of three bathrooms, three smoking rooms, floor tiles in the circulation area and wall painting. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The works must be completed by 10 December 2026. The bid is evaluated on gross total price (60%) and the quality warranty period (40%). The minimum and maximum warranty periods are 36–48 months for the lift lot and 24–36 months for the bathroom and smoking-room renovation lot.
