Supply and implementation of hardware and software in the field of cybersecurity

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and implementation of cybersecurity hardware and software for the Pałecznica water-supply infrastructure. The order includes antivirus software, one NAS device, two sets of six NAS hard drives, two servers, one tape library with drive and cartridges, four VLAN-capable managed network devices, two server operating systems, one UTM/NGFW device, two UPS units, one rack cabinet and backup software. The supplier must deliver, install, configure and implement the equipment and software within 3 months of contract signing and no later than 3 December 2026. The bid must be submitted electronically by 26 August 2026 at 10:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 4,000 and, for the successful bidder, performance security equal to 5% of the bid price are required. Offers are evaluated on gross price (60%) and the warranty period for the VLAN-capable managed network device (40%).
