Modernization and adaptation of a facility into a civil defence warehouse

Summary

The tender concerns the design-and-build modernization and adaptation of an existing 130 m² facility at Nacmierz 19, plot 193, Postomino municipality, for use as a civil defence warehouse. The works include roof replacement and asbestos removal, replacement of garage doors, windows and doors, floor modernization, electrical and electric-heating installations, access control and CCTV, anti-burglary protection, corrosion protection, plastering and painting, site surfacing and an information board. The contractor must obtain the necessary administrative decisions, submit a technical and materials concept with a detailed investor’s cost estimate within 10 days of contract signature, and complete the works by 18 November 2026. The bid deadline is 2 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 5,000. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
