Reconstruction of municipal roads

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of municipal roads in two lots. Lot 1 covers the reconstruction of Kwiatowa Street in Ryjewo, including a 104 m road with an area of 350 m², a DN90 water pipeline 150 m long and stormwater drainage; the completion period is 60 days and the estimated lot value is PLN 222,252.42. Lot 2 covers the modernisation of municipal road 229085G between Straszewo and Trzciano by replacing the existing surface with full reinforced-concrete MON road slabs over a 500 m section; the completion period is 50 days and the estimated lot value is PLN 582,892.69. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Evaluation is based on price (60%), payment terms (10%) and warranty period (30%). Bids and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish, using the required electronic catalogue, by 2 September 2026 at 12:00. Up to three bidders may be invited to negotiations for each lot.
