Construction and reconstruction of access roads to agricultural land in Trzeboń (roadway width of at least 4 m)

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots, and a tenderer may submit an offer for only one lot; no tenderer may be awarded more than one lot. Lot 1 covers the construction or reconstruction of an access road to agricultural land in Trzeboń, including a 995 m long and 5 m wide asphalt surface, 0.75 m gravel shoulders on both sides, 4.5 m wide asphalt access roads, an intersection with a county road and permanent traffic signs. Lot 2 covers investor supervision of these road works. Each lot must be completed within 50 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score. The second criterion is the warranty and defect-liability period for Lot 1 and the road inspector’s experience for Lot 2, each accounting for 40%. A tender guarantee and performance security are required.
