Adaptation of premises in Bytów County for temporary shelters and a civil protection resources warehouse

Summary

The contract covers construction and adaptation works in Bytów County to convert basement areas in two school buildings into temporary shelter locations and to adapt part of a basement into a storage facility for civil protection and civil defence resources. The works include internal building, structural, sanitary, heating, electrical, finishing and related renovation works. The detailed scope is in the design documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026, and the works must be completed by 4 December 2026. A PLN 29,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), warranty period (10%), completion time (15%) and ISO quality management certification (15%).
