Summary

The contract covers construction of one 6-metre-diameter sandstone fountain with water jets, lighting and a reinforced-concrete technical chamber, together with utility connections, 445 m² of paved areas, walkways, outdoor lighting, landscaping and park furniture around the former historic granary building in Łąka. The works must be completed within 2 months. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid until 1 October 2026. The evaluation criteria are gross price (90%), warranty period (9%) and environmental aspects (1%). A PLN 10,000 tender guarantee is required.
