IT equipment supply and implementation, information security management system improvement and cybersecurity training

Summary

The procurement is divided into two parts and concerns IT equipment and software delivery with implementation, as well as information security management system improvement, cybersecurity consultancy and training. Part I includes backup servers, backup software, NAS equipment, hard drives, UTM devices, SIEM and NDR solutions, including installation, configuration, integration and knowledge transfer. Part II includes information security management system improvement, consultancy, monitoring-system implementation and cybersecurity training for staff, management and IT/OT personnel. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 27 August 2026 at 12:00, and the contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. The bid bond is PLN 4,500 for Part I and PLN 1,000 for Part II. Price represents 80% of the score; the remaining 20% is based on the quality guarantee period for Part I and team experience for Part II.
