Reconstruction of municipal road no. 106899B Sobolewo–Kuriany – Stage I

Summary

Design-and-build reconstruction of approximately 1,390 m of municipal road no. 106899B between Bialostocka Street and Cyklistow Street in Kuriany, including the necessary technical infrastructure, permits, construction works, author’s supervision, completion notification or occupancy permit, and two information boards. The contract must be completed within 12 months of signing. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 50,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the procurement documents contain inconsistent warranty periods, which should be clarified before bidding.
