The contract concerns the reconstruction of sports infrastructure on Ludowa Street in Lubań, including removal and disposal of the existing artificial turf, removal and installation of goals, preparation and levelling of the substrate, installation of a new green synthetic football-turf surface with quartz-sand and recycled EPDM infill, installation of an information board, and post-completion testing. The pitch area is approximately 7,260 m², with completion required by 31 October 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and extended warranty period (40%). A PLN 10,000 tender guarantee is required.
