Expansion of the pump track and skate park at Słodowie

Summary

The contract covers construction works to expand the skate park at Wysoka Street in Włocławek as part of the Słodowie pump track and skate park development. The works include a concrete BOWL recreational-sports facility of approximately 350 m², a beginner skate park of approximately 140 m², an outdoor lighting cable line, landscaping and 12 months of greenery maintenance. The works must be completed within 180 days. The contractor must provide at least 36 months of warranty and statutory liability coverage for the completed works, with a maximum offered period of 60 months, and at least 24 months for installed materials, elements and equipment. The bid deadline is 2 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation is based on price at 60% and warranty and statutory liability period at 40%. A bid guarantee of PLN 4,300 is required, and electronic submission through the contracting authority’s procurement platform is mandatory.
