Construction of a viewing tower and development of the tourist area of the Chodlik stronghold

Summary

The contract covers construction of a wooden viewing tower and development of the tourist area of the Chodlik stronghold in Poland. The works include an educational trail, earthworks, foundations, the five-storey tower with wooden stairs and a stair climber, drainage, railings, equipment, and small architectural elements such as bicycle racks, a repair station, park bins, tables, benches and educational boards. Landscaping maintenance, parking spaces, stronghold security, and the reconstruction model are excluded and will be procured separately. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 00:00, in Polish, and the works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with a 100% weighting.
