Summary

The contract covers the design, expansion, modernization, integration and commissioning of a Building Management System for the Bialystok Science and Technology Park, including the new production and warehouse hall and existing buildings. The system must control ventilation, lighting, heating and cooling, monitor electrical and sanitary installations, read energy, water and heat meters, detect emergency conditions and record pressure differences in five pressure-control systems. The system must retain the existing functionality, include the newly designed extensions and operate through one consistent user interface. The contractor must also provide training for at least 4 client employees, including at least 32 45-minute lessons of site-specific training. The works must be completed within 14 months of signing the contract, with the project deadline of 31 December 2027 also binding. The tender is evaluated by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; the minimum warranty is 60 months, with 66, 72, 78 or 84 months receiving additional points. A PLN 20,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the tender price.
