Modernisation and renovation of rooms in public-use buildings in Rzekuń municipality

Summary

The contract covers renovation works in four public-use facilities in Rzekuń municipality: two primary schools in Rzekuń, a primary school in Borawe and the volunteer fire station in Zabiele. The works include general construction, finishing, electrical and sanitary installations, ventilation, replacement of doors, lighting, sanitary equipment and selected furnishings. The works must be completed by 28 October 2026 and the tender must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 09:00. A mandatory site visit is required, unless the bidder can document participation in the cancelled procedure FPZ.271.1.10.2026. Offers are scored on price (60 points) and warranty period (40 points). The successful bidder must provide performance security of 5% of the gross contract price.
