Conversion of municipal apartments in Bielsko-Biala to electric heating – Stage II

Summary

The contract covers construction works in three municipal apartments in Bielsko-Biala: conversion to electric central heating, installation of electric boilers and radiators, replacement of windows, internal wall insulation, demolition of kitchen ranges and tiled stoves, electrical supply upgrades, measurements and related finishing works. The works must be completed within 90 days of contract signature, with a work schedule agreed with tenants and submitted within 3 working days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 2 October 2026. The evaluation uses price (60%), warranty and defect-liability period (25%), liquidated damages for delay in completion (8%) and liquidated damages for delay in remedying defects (7%).
