Preparation, production and delivery of hardback music publications with two vinyl records

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation, production and delivery of 3,400 hardback music publications, each containing two 12-inch, 180 g vinyl records, printed materials and related components. The quantity consists of five titles with 500 copies each and three titles with 300 copies each. The work includes test pressings, printing, binding, inner antistatic sleeves and shrink-wrapping, with delivery to an address in Warsaw. Each publication must be completed within 9 weeks after receipt of the complete source materials, and the contract is to be completed by 30 April 2027. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically by 26 August 2026 at 12:00 and remain binding until 24 September 2026.
