Reconstruction of internal roads on Klonowa, Akacjowa and Brzozowa Streets in Brudzen Duzy

Summary

The contract concerns the reconstruction of approximately 686 m of internal roads on Klonowa, Akacjowa and Brzozowa Streets in Brudzen Duzy. The works include red concrete block paving, road subbase and drainage, driveways and gate approaches, curbs and edging, shoulders, traffic-calming humps, manhole adjustments, protection of utility networks, removal of four trees and reinstatement of adjacent areas. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. The bid deadline is 3 September 2026 at 09:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 60% and the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40%. A PLN 20,000 tender guarantee is required.
