Adaptation of premises at 4 Dziechcinka Street for rental and creation of a playroom

Summary

The contract covers adaptation of part of the building at 4 Dziechcinka Street for rental use, including the creation of a children's playroom, movement activity room, changing rooms, back-of-house facilities, café, staff changing room and three toilets. The works include demolition and partition walls, wall finishes and painting, flooring, doors, sanitary equipment, electrical and sanitary installations, and playroom equipment.
