Extension and reconstruction of the Wysokie Municipal Office building to improve accessibility

Summary

The contract covers the extension and reconstruction of the Wysokie Municipal Office building to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The works include a second entrance, demolition of the existing non-compliant staircase, construction of an extended staircase with an access platform, and related earthworks, foundations, concrete, reinforcement, insulation, structural, roofing, masonry, finishing, paving and other building works. The works must be completed within 3 months of contract signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 1 October 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 36 months, while periods exceeding 60 months receive no additional points. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price.
