Reconstruction of the local road in Tychówko

Summary

The contract covers reconstruction of a KR-1 local road in Tychówko, including removal of the existing concrete and slab surfaces, construction of a coloured concrete paving-block carriageway, pavement, parking spaces and access, kerbs, a bus shelter and signage, earthworks, landscaping and a new stormwater drainage system. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00, after a site visit or review of the documents made available by the contracting authority. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period for defects (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 10,000 and, for the successful bidder, performance security of 5% of the gross contract price are required.
