Modernisation of an office building into a Civil Defence storage facility and adaptation of part of the building for use as a collective protection facility – MDS

Summary

The contract covers the adaptation of part of an administrative and warehouse building at 42 Poleska Street in Gubin into a Civil Defence storage facility and a collective protection facility, including roof repairs and modernisation of the garage shelter. The works include roofing, gutters, windows and doors, plastering, suspended ceilings, wall insulation, flooring, paving, electrical, water and sanitary installations, fire and burglar alarms, grilles and CCTV. The contract must be completed by 10 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically through platformazakupowa.pl, in Polish and with a qualified electronic signature, a trusted signature or a personal signature. The award criteria are price at 60% and warranty at 40%.
