Successive delivery of professional cleaning products to University of Opole units

Summary

The tender concerns the successive purchase and delivery of professional cleaning products for units of the University of Opole. Deliveries will be made on the basis of individual orders during a 12-month contract period, with each order delivered within no more than 10 working days; the tender may offer a shorter period, but not less than 2 working days. The contract also includes one product training session for the contracting authority’s staff within two months of signing, and the delivery, installation and servicing of 20 complete automatic dispensing systems for selected products. Products must be new, compatible with the dispensing systems, properly labelled, supplied with instructions in Polish and have at least 12 months’ shelf life at delivery. Offers must be submitted electronically by 26 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60 points and delivery time for successive orders carries 40 points.
