Training course for a salesperson with knowledge of MS Office, cash register and payment terminal operation

Summary

The contract concerns the organisation and delivery of a 100-hour vocational training course for 10 unemployed or job-seeking people registered with the Ostrowiec County Labour Office. The course must prepare participants for sales work, including computer basics, MS Office, word processing and spreadsheets, internet and email safety, customer service, sales techniques, commercial documentation, cash register and payment terminal operation, sanitary minimum requirements and occupational health and safety. At least 70 hours must be practical. Training must take place in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, in person, within approximately 3–4 weeks between September and 30 November 2026. Offers are evaluated by cost (60%) and the bidder’s experience in comparable group training delivered during the last three years (40%). The bid deadline is 26 August 2026 at 10:30.
